Hooked Inc. was founded in 2011 and now has multiple locations in the city, covering West, East and Central Toronto. In response to our customer’s needs, Hooked developed an online customer experience system offering different ordering and customer service options. In addition to in-store shopping, our customers can phone or order online and request pick-up or home delivery.
We've been Best Fish Monger in Toronto - as told by both Now Magazine and Toronto Life numerous times over our last 10 plus years. We take great pride in being the best at what we do, while maintaining our credo to sell better fish.

We are currently seeking team members to join us in the roll of Retail Associates.
Traits, skills & experiences we value:
- 1+ year(s) customer service experience
- 1+ year(s) food handling/restaurant kitchen experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly adaptable and flexible
- Perform well under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Approachable and friendly demeanour with initiative to maintain productivity without direction
- Interest to learn Hooked fish cooking techniques and fisheries ecology
Responsibilities:
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Carefully and efficiently process, package and deliver customer orders
- Understand product information regarding Hooked products and services
- Follow all food and safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times
- Participate in ongoing learning, training and development
- Contribute to a positive work environment and provide support to multiple teams
- Follow up with team members and/or customers with additional information required for order processing and fulfillment
- Initiative to work with team members to continuously improve processes and implement improvements to current services
